Puck Fire® Hose Carts utilize a 38 HP engine to lay and retrieve up to 2,500′ of 8″ lay-flat hose. The 2.5 MPH reel speed allows you to free up workers with manual or remote control options to keep the operation moving and save on valuable time and resources. With the TTR15P, you can effortlessly transport hose where it’s needed and lay more hose — faster than ever before!
The traditional hose cart offers single or the optional double hydraulic pull motor on a single axle with an articulated tongue. As standard on all Puck Hose Carts, the TTR15P features Puck’s patented Arch Guard and domed reels ends to prevent hose from twisting, kinking, or rolling off the sides. Rugged 445-50 R 22.5 20PLY tires allow you to easily maneuver to where hose is needed. The traditional cart also features a Power Pack at the front of the cart with a storage area.
Traditional Carts
Proper fire suppression relies on quick deployment of water supply hose. Utilizing Puck Hose Carts, lay flat supply hose can be deployed and retrieved safely and quickly. The HR 4 features a hydraulic pull motor and can hold half a mile of 6” hose or 3/8 mile of 8” hose.
Forestry Hose
This forestry hose doesn’t quit when the terrain gets tough. The Super Marshall is constructed out of a nitrile rubber cover and is ideal for wildfires. Super Marshall fire hose does not require washing or drying and is impervious to mildew; its rubber covering resists burns and prevents damage of the textile reinforcement. Standard color is high visibility yellow. Reinforced with a circular woven synthetic.
Heavy Duty Attack Hose
BullDog’s exclusive heavy-rib outer cover combines with a unique nitrile-PVC rubber, through-the-weave construction to provide the backbone of excellent hose performance in Red Chief® and Yellow Chief. The heavy-rib construction protects your water supply with a high resistance to cuts, punctures and abrasion.
Compact and kink resistant, lightweight and easily maneuverable, Red Chief and Yellow Chief are ideally suited to meet the specifications and tough demands of most municipal fire departments. With a proof pressure of 600 PSI (4200 kPa) and a tolerance for heat and cold, these hoses maintain peak performance in any season or environment, withstanding temperatures from -36º F to 158º F (-37º C to 70º C).
Double Jacket Rubber-Lined Attack Fire Hose
Ultima is a durable, double-jacketed hose constructed with high tensile strength polyester yarns, both warp and filler, and lined with a high-tech EPDM tube. Its design guarantees minimum weight with maximum durability and pack-ability with minimal friction loss.
This agility makes it useful for versatile firefighting techniques in a variety of environments, and its durability enables long-lasting use with minimal maintenance required.
Pump Unit
Effective fire suppression begins at the source of water. Utilizing the Puck Force Feed products, flow rates over 4,000 GPM are quickly and safely achieved without deploying floating submersible pumps and hydraulic lines. The truck chassis mounted FF4000-70 provides fast deployment of a 70’ boom and submersible pump to reach over a sea wall and quickly establish water supply.
