- Prepares the surfaces that will be painted. If previous finishes are on the surface, the machinery painter will use masking, grit blast or chemical rinse to prep the surface.

Essential Functions
- Complete all shop floor paperwork per the internal and external standards
- Attains production goals by accurately and timely completing work orders with minimum supervision
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Responsible for personal compliance of all OSHA and Bulldog Hose rules and regulations
Work Environment
The team member occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and performs work from a variety of different angles and body positions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are:
- 1st shift – 7:00 am – 3:30pm
- 2nd shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- 3rd shift – 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
- Opportunities to work extended hours and on the weekend, work may be optional or required as job duties demand.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role will require a willingness to work overtime hours including weekends as needed. This position may require heavy lifting, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. The ability to lift 50 pounds is required. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
