World Pork Expo 2025

Puck returned to the Iowa State Fairground this June for the 2025 World Pork Expo. We were once again in Booth SV500 just outside the Varied Industries Building. Our team had the chance to speak to vendors, customers, and industry professionals who were new to Puck. We had a range of Puck equipment on display, as well as BullDog Hose – including our new green Mainline, the blue X24 drag hose, and Air Raid – and U.S. Coupling fittings.

Boom Truck

On the edge of our booth was the BT 5770 force feed truck, featuring an extended 70’ hydraulic boom. This 4-section Z-fold boom can reach up and over slurry stores or out and into manure lagoons for both agitation and to act as a lead pump. Cat’s C13B engine utilizes 577 horsepower to power both the main Cornell 6819MPC pump, as well as the feeder pump. Our World Pork Expo Boom Truck featured a Cornell 10NNWH feeder pump, but a Cornell 8NNWH, and a Doda 420 are also available as options. If you aren’t ready to pump out your manure storage, the agitation nozzle on the boom circulates the slurry for a more even consistency.

Tandem Axle Force Feed

On the other end of the booth, Puck’s FF 5770 T, a tandem axle force feed pump, had its 45’ hydraulic boom extended. The gooseneck trailer can be pulled up to the barn and remotely extend into the liquid for agitation and pumping. Custom applicators can save on fuel and a tractor by leaving the Force Feed Trailer at the barn to agitate. The nozzle on the end of the submersible pump circulates the liquid manure through the storage before you’re ready to pump it out. The C13B engine uses 577 HP to power the main Cornell 6819MPC pump and the feeder pump of your choice, either a Cornell 10NNWH or Doda 420. The FF 5770 T pumps more gallons per gallon of diesel fuel consumed to help lower the cost of your operation and improve efficiency.

Booster Pump

Although it is one of Puck’s smallest booster pumps, the PT 3070 is a highly efficient addition to your manure pumping operation. The PT 3070 is a single axle trailer with 300 HP from its C7.1L engine that powers a Cornell 6819MPC. This combo provides the flow rates applicators need to transfer slurry from site to field. All Puck pumps come equipped with the LightSpeed control system. This provides near real-time data and controls from any connected, web-enabled device. With LightSpeed, custom applicators can run several pump trailers at once from a single screen. Auto-throttle settings can help minimize catastrophic events and keep your flow rates steady. LightSpeed also has built-in pump diagnostics that can monitor apparatus engines, relay the status and positions of gates, and more.

Turn Table Reel

A flagship Puck product, the TTR 20 was on display also. Durably built for heavy-duty field operations, the reel of the TTR 20 can hold up to 2 miles of 8″ hose or 1 1/2 miles of 10″ hose. Puck’s patented domed reel ends and Arch Guard design ensure the large diameter hose stays on the reel without twisting or rolling off the reel. Rotating 120°, the slew bearing hose cart can roll up hose to the edges. Additionally, you can pick up hose, all without damaging it. Puck’s hose carts can make changing field sets quick and easy with safe hose rolling and laying.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth SV500 to visit with our team at the 2025 World Pork Expo! Find videos and photos on our social media pages to revisit our industry-leading equipment on display. Check out our calendar to find more trade shows happening this summer with Puck equipment.
