Air Hose
When it comes time for pigging the line, you need an air hose that will make the job easier. Air Raid hose is an air hose designed for improved handling and long-term service. Air Raid features a through-the-weave nitrile-PVC rubber hose encapsulated by a high-tech nylon-polyester outer jacket. This lightweight air hose is lay-flat and non-rigid, which allows for you to easily roll it up and lift onto your air compressor’s storage rack.
Available in both 25’ and 50’ coupled lengths, this hi-vis hose comes standard with a 2” four claw Chicago air fitting connection. The double bolt collar makes it easy to change out in the field, giving your hose a longer life. Air Raid offers excellent packability and superior kink resistance. After you use Air Raid, you will never want to go back to your former air hoses again.
Every lift is a critical lift with regards to safety. Provide better load distribution for lifting equipment and help prevent catastrophic accidents with UHMW plastic outrigger pads. Cope Plastics Outrigger Pads are engineered with Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW) plastic. This engineered plastic is an extremely durable and slip-resistant material to hold outriggers in place, even in wet or slick conditions. Unlike wood, UHMW plastic is impervious to rot, absorption, and degradation from ground conditions. The tough plastic is resistant to moisture and chemicals for a long lifespan.
Regular upkeep and maintenance are vital to ensuring your mainline and drag hoses are long lasting and stay in peak condition. Cleaning out the line is the best practice for proper hose care — it makes rolling hose back onto the cart easier and causes less wear and tear. Foam pigging bullets and balls, or purge balls, can bring ease to your dragline manure cleanout. Swingarm
Puck’s 4-Wheel Drive mounted Swingarm is the easiest and most efficient way to run an applicator. Fits right on the tractor, the 4WD Swingarm allows you to turn around quickly and precisely, navigating rough terrain and difficult field conditions to deliver nutrients to the ground. These accurate turns eliminate the need for backing up, and your hose stays flat and level during all turnarounds.
