Designed to transfer fuel in the harshest conditions, BullDog’s HD Fuel Hose features a through-the-weave one-piece jacket construction. This construction includes a circular-woven, high-tenacity polyester reinforcement that is completely protected with a tough elastomeric polyurethane cover and lining. This ultra-premium collapsible hose is uniquely designed to provide maintenance-free performance.

HD Fuel Hose is manufactured with a harder plastic than the standard fuel hose. This allows it to resist abrasion in all environments and intended to withstand the most demanding conditions. This hose won’t corrode or scale, as it is resistant to fuels, chemicals, UV, ozone, weathering, hydrolysis, and microbiological attack. Although it uses a harder plastic, the HD Fuel Hose is flexible and fully collapsible. Additionally, long-term storage in coiled configurations will have minimal impact on hose life.

Due to the use of specialty yarns in the custom creation, the maximum elongation of the HD Fuel Hose is held under 3% while at working pressure. The 8” diameter hose can be sold in uncoupled lengths up to 660’ and has a wide range of couplings, manifolds, and hardware available for connecting the hose to additional segments, fluid supplies, or auxiliary hardware. The HD Fuel Hose is available with and without bonding wires. Conforming to MIL-PRF-370 Type C, bonding wires are fitted to allow couplings to be electrically bonded when transferring fuels.
