AGI 1704 S
The 1704 S Agitation Trailer has a Doda Super 420 pump powered by a Cat C4.4 engine with 174 horsepower. The hydrostatically driven pump gives operators more flexibility with solids in the line. This transmits more horsepower to the feeder pump for higher fuel efficiency. Operators can then push more gallons, either through agitation or out of the top load-out port. This low-maintenance, high-efficiency manure pit agitator can reach up to 13 feet deep to agitate any manure storage.
Puck Agitation Trailers
Like all Puck pumps, the AGI 1704 S comes standard equipped with the LightSpeed control system. This automated system gives operators the option to run their pump line locally on the pump or remotely via a connected, web-enabled device. Whether with a Force Feed or Agitation Trailer, Puck’s boom-mounted trailers can be run via remote within 20-30 feet of the trailer. Every trailer also comes with manual levers on the unit for boom control that works for you. The two independently gated nozzles can rotate 180° on the end of the boom. The top nozzle can be used for transferring slurry or filling wagons or tanks.
Chassis and Transport
In addition to the robust chassis, the 1704 S Agitation Trailer has four outriggers for a stable boom operation. It also has 123 gallon fuel capacity and 425 radial tires. Puck’s AGI 1704 S has a hose reel on the trailer for any large diameter hoses you may need in your operation. The boom folds up easily for road travel, and the trailer can be pulled down the road at 55 MPH to minimize downtime in travel. With a height under 10 feet and just 26 feet long, this agitation trailer makes it easy to maneuver around barns and pits.
