PT 4570 Product Overview

PT 4570
The PT 4570 is a single axle trailer built for high flows and high efficiency. A Cat 9.3B engine for 456 horsepower powers the unit. Direct driven to the Cornell 6819MPC pump, the PT 4570 grabs full torque while minimizing the footprint and eliminating drivelines. At 175 PSI, the pump is capable of reaching flow rates of 3,500 gallons per minute. Designed for efficiency, the pump unit pumps more manure per gallon of diesel fuel consumed.
There are two fuel tanks on the PT 4570 for approximately 250 gallons of diesel fuel. On each corner sits a downrigger for stability on even the most uneven ground. LED service and work lights allow you to work through the night safely by lighting up your surroundings. The DOT spec lighting makes road travel safe and convenient.
Puck Pumps
Standard on all Puck pumps, the unit has full hydraulic bypass with a built-in pig shooter. Operators can control it all with the LightSpeed automated control system. This adds an additional level of safety when purging the lines, allowing you to remotely turn on the pig shooter when everyone is a safe distance. LightSpeed’s auto-throttle gives you the peace of mind that the pump can be left in a field miles away and still run at its most efficient by using user-defined presets on the inlet and outlet.
