Foam Attack Tote Trailer Offers Versatility
Protection against potential fires has a wide range of potential types of fires to cover. Chemical fires and other industrial fires differ in their protection responses based on what started the fire and what flammable material is in the area. Industrial firefighting requires versatility, and a foam tote trailer should offer operational use for any situation. Puck Fire’s Foam Attack Tote Trailer is an adaptable foam concentrate trailer that can adjust to fit your needs at the scene.
Features
The Foam Attack Tote Trailer is a quick deploying, mobile discharging platform compatible with both 275 gallon and 330 gallon foam concentrate totes. The Foam Attack offers four possible lines of foam outputs, each with self-educting monitors and nozzles. A manifold beneath the working platform evenly distributes foam concentrate to each of the lines simultaneously. Attack hose can connect to the varied eductors on the driver and passenger sides from within the storage boxes on the fenders. The riser pipe at the front of the trailer features monitor and nozzle combinations capable of flows up to 2,000 GPM, as well as a front auxiliary 2.5" discharge.
Manual jacks on each corner of the Puck Fire Foam Attack ensures the trailer sits level when placed on uneven ground. The Foam Attack has ground clearance of 11.5” and a powder coated chassis for durability and easy cleaning. Dual 5” Storz inlet connections sit at each side of the front of the A-frame trailer for efficient water supply with a flow rate up to 2,000 GPM. Foam flush lines can clear the lines of excess foam and act as a bypass to foam totes when connected to a tanker.

Park and Burn
Set up the Foam Attack Tote Trailer and leave it flowing in a park and burn situation. Set up ground monitors on the two lines from driver and passenger sides and connect the hose to the riser pipe to move a fire ground monitor closer. With three lines of foam running simultaneously from the hoses, you can aim the main nozzle to spray water for vessel cooling. While the trailer runs three lines of foam and performs vapor suppression, your crew can tackle other necessary tasks or maintain a safe distance.
Blending Trailer
With dual or triple tote configuration available, there’s plenty of foam concentrate accessible for blending. With a pre-piped single waterway aluminum monitor providing flow rates up to 2,000 GPM, the Foam Attack can work as a blending trailer in your water supply line. The 5” Storz connections and 2.5″ U.S. Coupling Gate Valves on each side of the A-frame chassis feed the waterway system. The Quick Connect Cam Lock connectors with short, flexible hoses are used to connect foam totes to the main waterway for quick and easy changeover.
Foam Handlines
Foam application at a distance is made easy with the handline options from the trailer’s storage boxes. The eductors are customizable for each foam line, but the standard Foam Attack features 95 GPM at 200 psi on the drivers side and 250 GPM at 200 psi on the passenger side. The riser pipe at the front of the trailer chassis also provides a third handline option for up to three simultaneous handlines of foam. The foam manifold under the working platform gives eductors the foam supply they need for accurate foam percentages.
The Puck Foam Tote Trailer features a range of one to three tote carry capacity configurations for up to 990 gallons of foam concentrate. The trailer provides optional dry chemical skid capabilities to custom build a mobile firefighting unit that fits your industrial fire or municipal fire needs.
