WH 7582 Product Overview
A reliable booster pump can take your liquid transfer line even farther. As the most robust and durable pumps on the market, Puck’s Booster Pumps - like the Pump Trailer and the Warthog - are available in a variety of horsepower and pump configurations to meet the needs of your operation. Puck Warthogs have the ability to be either a booster pump to expand the line, or a lead pump connected to the Lagoon Feeder.
At the higher end of flow of Puck pump trailers is the WH 7582, a tandem axle pump trailer. Utilizing an engine with a rear PTO, the versatile Warthog allows you to run high pressure hydraulics for lagoon feeders as a lead pump. The compact design features a Cat C18 engine to utilize 755 HP, paired with a Cornell 81022MP with hydrostat. The KROHNE flow meter displays the accurate gallons per minute, with the ability to pump more than 4,500 GPM at 150 PSI. Puck Warthog Booster Pumps are capable of harnessing power through a rear PTO on the engine to control a submersible pump, such as the Lagoon Feeder.
Puck Standards
Combined with LightSpeed controls, the submerged pump can be operated and controlled as if it were one unit. LightSpeed hardware comes equipped on all Puck pumps and can be controlled from any connected, web-enabled device. With LightSpeed, operators can control every pump on the line from a single screen, minimizing time on pumps and in tractors without adding more people. The built-in diagnostics monitor apparatus engines, relay status and positions of gates, regulate pressure with auto-throttle, and more.
Warthog Booster Pumps are equipped with a fully hydraulic bypass with built-in pig shooter. Operators can take advantage of quick set changes and finishing with full bypass operations controlled with LightSpeed. LED work lights around the pump unit illuminate the workspace. Sufficient lighting allows operators to safely work through the night and get the job done.
