The PT 5777 is electric over hydraulic, allowing users to run gates and downriggers without running the engine. The downriggers at all four corners stabilize the trailer on rough ground. Once in place, the Cat 13B engine has 577 HP to power the Cornell 81022MPL pump. Together, these create 170 pounds of pressure to pump up to 4,500 gallons per minute. As a high-flow, high-efficiency pump, the PT 5777 pumps more gallons per gallon of diesel fuel consumed. This cuts costs and increases efficiency.
Puck’s PT 5777 is equipped with a full hydraulic bypass with a built-in pig shooter to make hookup, shutdown, and pigging the line fast and easy. The pump trailer’s plumbing is available in either 8” or 10” pipes to fit your operational needs. For maximum efficiency, pig the line from the bypass with the LightSpeed control system. LightSpeed comes equipped on all Puck pumps, giving operators the ability to remotely run multiple pump units at once. LightSpeed’s built-in pump diagnostics relay gate status and positions, monitors apparatus engines, and more.
Although the length and height of the PT 5777 pump trailer is shorter overall than previous models of the manure pump, it has a higher ground clearance. This compact pump unit makes for easy transport and maneuverability to place it where you need it. The A-frame tongue of the trailer features both 7 pin flat and 7 pin round connector options to hook up to a tractor, truck, or other towing vehicle. Puck’s Pump Trailer 5777 sits on 425 R single tires to cover tough terrain in transport.
