Force Feed 4570 Product Overview
Puck Force Feed trailers bring extended reach and pumping capabilities to your liquid manure delivery operation. Built from experience, our force feed trailers set up in minutes and deliver safe, efficient performance in any pumping situation. Reduce startup time and overcome self-priming limitations with Puck Force Feed Trailers.
The Force Feed 4570 is a single axle trailer with a gooseneck chassis and front storage rack with ramps to hold an ATV. It comes standard with a Cat 9.3B engine with 456 HP. The FF 4570 also features a Cornell 6819MPC white iron pump. The Krohne flowmeter ensures accurate readings of your flow during the operation.
The boom of the Force Feed 4570 extends out 28 feet and can reach pits up to 13 feet deep. On the end of the boom is a Cornell 8NNWH feeder pump. This pump on the boom has the option for a Doda submersible or a new submersible pump. The boom can be controlled with hardware on the pump unit, but it also comes with a remote for control from a safe distance. With the remote, you can find the best position for clear views as you drop the boom into the pit, slurrystore, or lagoon for safe operation.
The Force Feed provides the option to agitate pits before sending the manure out to the fields. The bypass unit on the trailer allows you to circulate manure around the barn without sending manure through the whole system. Like all Puck pumps, the FF 4570 comes standard equipped with the LightSpeed control system. LightSpeed gives you the ability to remotely control the pump unit from any connected, web-enabled device. With LightSpeed, operators can start and stop the engine, throttle up or down, open and close gates, and more. Operators with LightSpeed can view flows at the pumps out to the field.
The FF 4570 also has a built-in priming system for any situations that arise that would require priming. The priming system cap is included to attach to the unit in order to utilize the priming system. Another standard feature on Puck pump trailers is the downriggers. The FF 4570 has downriggers at all four points of the pump unit for increased stability on any ground condition.
Like other Puck lead pumps, the Force Feed 4570 comes with quick connect hookups for a Lagoon Feeder. The Lagoon Feeder is 55 feet long to reach further into the center of the manure lagoon for effective agitation. With the Force Feed 4570 pump trailer, operators can expect to consistently get upwards of 2,500 GPM.
