Swift Pumping Testimonial

Swift Pumping’s Anthony Anker got together with salesman Doug Greving at Puck Enterprises in Manning. The two met up after a session of Pump School to talk about Swift Pumping and how the company has evolved over the years. Located in central Minnesota, Swift Pumping runs some of the largest Puck equipment and pumps “monster” gallons every season.

“It’s been fun working with Puck, especially Doug,” says Anthony. “We’ve worked together for several years now. We’ve grown from one smaller system, we upgraded that one. We run two lines now and work closely with the Puck team figuring out what equipment works best for our needs. We’re able to grow and make sure we have the equipment we need to get everything done in the short window we have.”

Swift Pumping first started using Puck equipment back in 2018. “When we started pumping manure, we started with one system,” continues Anthony. “With the opportunity we’ve grown into two drag lines now, doing about 100 million gallons in the fall. We’ve grown with the industry, going to two systems now. We’re growing with Puck and have gotten bigger equipment. We’ve been able to go faster and get better flow while still hitting our rates in the fields that we’re required to get. We’re getting everything done in a shorter window now as the fall season gets tighter and tighter for us.”

Swift Pumping is also a fan of the LightSpeed control system. LightSpeed controls comes standard equipped on all Puck pumps. “Working with LightSpeed has helped us have four man crews getting everything done there. We’re able to monitor all the pumps from every tractor on our phones. We’re watching what’s going on there,” says Anthony.

The safety features are also a big comfort to Anthony and the crew. “Being able to safely start up and shut down remotely and not being right around the pumps has really helped us regarding safety. We can ensure everyone goes home at night.”
